Players can now log into the website here at http://www.slothmud.org using their in-game character name and the password they have set for this login using the newly created wwwpass command.
Please remember, the website has one login, and the forum has a totally separate login( Confusing, yes!). The websites login is your character name and the password you set inside of Sloth. Your forum login is whatever name you created and the password you gave to that a long time ago.
***** Upon the initial setting of a password using wwwpass command, the player needs to log out of sloth and back into sloth for the password to take affect on the website *****
Currently, your login is tied to such things are your playerstats page and any live auctions you may have:

Custom Menus added to your login block => click ‘Add to Menu | Remove from Menu’ at the bottom of most pages to add them to a custom menu
However, we have some great ideas and plans to extend this ability in the future to include things such as avatars, finished quests, character description, etc, etc.
We will continue to post additions as they are added,
Splork & Breeze
you can click ‘Add to Menu | Remove from Menu’ at the bottom of most pages to add them to a custom menu
on the left side of the main page (where the login stuff is/was). stuff will be in the order that it was added in.
If you would like an avatar on your stats page
<LINK_TEXT text=“http://www.slothmud.org/wp/live-info/pl … s?pc=Whiff”>http://www.slothmud.org/wp/live-info/player-statistics?pc=Whiff</LINK_TEXT>
email me an image. width 128px max in jpg format.
I used this site to make mine
<LINK_TEXT text=“http://www.ageofgames.net/en/fantasyava … vatar.html”>http://www.ageofgames.net/en/fantasyavatar/fantasy-avatar.html</LINK_TEXT>
and saved the 400x400 image and then resized to 128x128 with irfanview.
the stats page also honors the in game ‘private’ flag in that
if you are not flagged private, your stats will show under your avatar.
if you are flagged private your stats will not show up.

wow.. noone except Maarg bothered to try this.
thats fine. no need for me to work on it further then. :)
Awhile back, some people were having issues with the way the menu
system on the website works, so we added this (apparently not well
known; although it was discussed on the forums) feature.
It allows you to set up a custom menu with your most used links in an
easy to find spot.
Your username is your character name, and your password is set by
using the ‘wwwpass’ command from inside the mud.
NOTE: Each character has their own login name and password combination.
