I’ve made cr for my alt. Killed the mob, embalmed its corpse and dropped at ah quester(I knew already that items shouldn’t be dropped at the innkeeper). And…corpse with all items simply disappeared. Not a big loss, items were solo and easy pop. But still it is definitely not obvious that items shouldn’t be dropped in ah town.
“help drop” says nothing about it. While using such way for doing cr for alt or transfering some items when everyone around is afk is the first thing that comes to mind. So, what’s point of such items loss trap?
Also, please, review dark dreams dump room. If someone ever dies and corpses there, he’ll definitely lose all his eq.

The proc that destroys items has been disabled. You should be able to drop things
in that room near the quester Forsythe without worry now. This is not to say that
we won’t re-enable the proc in the future. But for right now, it is disabled.
As far as Dark Dreams’ dump site being altered: Nope. There are no plans to alter
the behavior of the dump in Dark Dreams at this time.
