Sep 2008: Improvements to stable

I made a few adjustments to the stables:

[:21etaya6]You can sell your mounts back to the stable man at 50% of what you paid[/:m:21etaya6]

[:21etaya6]When you buy a mount it will follow you until you mount it, when you dismount it will follow you again.[/:m:21etaya6]

[:21etaya6]You can only buy a maximum of 2 mounts[/:m:21etaya6]

[:21etaya6]dismiss will cause the mount to stop following you, and if possible the mount will attempt to return to the stable.[/:m:21etaya6][/list:o:21etaya6]
