This thread shall serve to inform the players at large of any changes or updates *
made to existing objects or articles of equipment in the future (present). Generally *
speaking, this means any such items that affect the players, the players’ abilities *
to play the game or otherwise interact with the game. Changes made to items that *
the players do not directly interact with will not likely be mentioned here. *
The following item has been updated at Sir Faur:
Essence of Life
Previously, this item provided Heal Bonus of 10. Now it provides a BONUS heal bonus
of 10. This should help some of those larger players that have maxed out their heal bonus
with things like avatar purchases and whatnots. No changes to its price have been made.

The book for the 22nd level warrior skill “Stomp” has been moved from Marta
the librarian in Newbatia to off-Valkyre sites. This was done beecause it didn’t
make sense to have a 22nd level skill’s book on a continent where only 20th level
and below players could reach. This book was moved to three mobs around the
world. These mobs are listed below, and the EQ list should update accordingly
whenever it gets updated.
Royal Guard, Kingdom of Luilekkerland, Thule
Uruk-Hai Warrior, Moors of Gr’Valdh, Island
Young Squire, Castle of the Family DeGrance, Thordfalan

The Fangs of the Fire Serpent clasp has been changed to be removable. This was done for a couple reasons:
Runes could not be removed via ingame normal procedures because of the inability to remove the clasp
to perform such actions.
Being the lesser of the two merits between the boots of serpentinous demise and fangs clasp combination
when compared to the demonskin boots forge, it was reasonable to allow the removal of the clasp for other
purposes.
No other changes to the clasp were made. No changes to any other items were made at this time.
