Max Stat caps were being incorrectly applied to Mage/Necro
they were being applied as ::
Int/Dex/Wis/Str/Con
when in reality they are supposed to be
Int/Con/Wis/Dex/Str
(this is what a player stats get assigned to at level 8)change is currently live.
as we get time, we will verify all the max stat caps vs stat orders
