Has excruciating blow been nerfed or there is something wrong with it ?
I tought it is supp to weaken opponent defence ?

You pierce a visitor extremely hard.
I think I scored double damage once today by attacking right after a brutal… but it didn’t last the usual 2-3 rounds. I think the effect was gone before the first full round of combat.
It used to last through two full rounds.
