Aye, though be forewarned – this isn’t a full area – just a small port town that will be the foundation for my new area. Quest should be fun though!
We overheard Captain Paebel and Higgins talking about a new cove they’d found, and also heard a rumor that Azzenon has done some remodeling.
We slaughtered the denizens of the subterranean palace, collecting cps and a few drachma tokens. In a dark pool under the palace, we found a strange rune hinting at a path to a new area.
With the winds of fortune at our back, we swiftly arrived at the new port only to find it overrun by pirates and demopups!
Shenanigans ensued, etc.
Afterwards we slaughtered epic mobs for honor and glory and such.
An onyx shard of ferocity (clasp) was found that attaches to ’the sacrificial blade of an unholy priest’ granting it +6 spell bonus, -10 heal bonus
- I don’t recall the name, and I don’t think it pops ingame yet. Talk to Waza for details.
An agitated monk (autoquest forger) walked us through creating an aura of disciplined retribution, which required a very long forge along with a couple odds and ends:

Clasp can only be attached to:
gloves and gauntlets
vambraces, brassards, and phylacteries
Clasp gives the user +10 COUNTERATTACK
Clasp gives the user +7 HITPOINT
Only those who are at least supreme monks, and have attained supremacy in
at least five classes may use this item.
When worn, the aura silently activates counterattack. No affect if the bearer is parrying. I don’t know what the +10 in the ID refers to exactly. The clasp might slightly increase the chance of successfully counterattacking, but I don’t plan to test for that any time soon. Happily deleting a plethora of counterattack triggers.
