It looks like Sir Faur is the man to see about several quest items. I checked around the city and didn’t spot him, so I suppose he is in a different area on BH. What area would that be, and what level should I be to enter it? Thanks.

He’s in Treasures and Dreams. e2sen of recall. After you’ve bought whatever it is that you buy to get in these days (used to be a letter of introduction) for 30 drachma, you can ‘sign ledger’ and it will take you to the square. The fountain in the middle room is a bonus regen area that’s can be kinda handy, but is sometimes a hangout for pthieves.
Faur is to the west (low quest shop), the medium quest shop is north and the high quest shop is east.
There’s also a very high quest shop which you need to buy a feed bag from the general store in BH for 35k. Chase down the wagon and feed horses(?) to get in. Generally the stuff in Faurs goes for 333 drach each, med is ~666, high is around 1000+ and the wagon has really freaking expensive stuff.
