What are the least-used areas?

I’ve been curious about that: are there any areas that basically nobody ever goes to? There’s some that I just don’t see used anymore, like undead midgaard - I guess the coins aren’t what they used to be, and the EQ has been superceeded. Looking through the cartography, there’s a bunch of areas I’ve never been through, either in solo or in groups.
