TMC has reset again, its very important that we regain our position. In the last two months, when we were ranked #1, we noticed a huge increase in traffic when compared to being ranked #3 or #4. Which has led to a very modest player base increase. If we can keep this up, we might actually be one of the very few muds increasing in numbers rather than declining.

Please vote guys, game has taken the biggest hit or attack that we have in the 22 years we have been alive. Thanks to Jake, Breeze, and a few others we are still here.
If they see we are still gaining votes and players, they will eventually stop. We banned 11k IPs today.

Just in case, look what I invented :
Setting up a button on my bookmark toolbar I reduce the voting process to mere two clicks, right in front of my eyes, one right after second, with no additional actions. No more digging in the bookmarks (which we all have a lot), scrolling through menus etc etc. Just two clicks, easy and fast, can do that just with reflexes on subconciousness level, while still waking up in the morning or waving you hands goodnight etc.

To the new players, if you do not have an account already on TMC, please create one and vote. The more players we have, the more active our Immortals become and the more fun we all have. A solid player base is the key to survival!

TMC has reset, please try to vote as often as possible these next few weeks. Its always incredibly important to stay near the top of the rankings but even more so during the summer months when our numbers drop!

We should request a new review at TMC. SlothMUD review was done in 2003, and was only moderately favorable (IMO).
Updates and reviews are as current as May 2015, so they are still taking them, even though their “review” process says it is shelved.
I would hold off on requesting another TMC review until our playerbase is solid again. The one we have is going to be much better than any review we get with less than 10 players online
We need a player review or two a month, that will help us recruit players more than anything else.

I know summer time is here and our numbers are dropping. For those of you around or browsing the Net, please try to vote. This is the one thing we can make sure we do to try to keep our name out there.
We have dropped out of the top 10 and I can clearly say this hurts us greatly. We need to be on this top 10 lists in order to gain back a few players….
