if it is, RIP Dungeon Master :(
EDIT
CNN isn’t any more reliable than a blog, but they’re reporting it too :( very sad day

Its sad news to hear. For me, I remember walking around in college and
saw a group of people laughing and yelling. I was thinking, that can’t be
a class… As I asked what they were “playing” they said D&D, which at
the time I had no clue. I sat down for a few hours and it was pertty fun.
A few of the D&D players also played Sloth. Which they introduced me to
that week. 10 yrs later and I’m still mudding. So thx Dungeon Master!
wow…
For those of us not in the know, who is (was) the Dungeon Master? I mean, I thought that was just a gaming term.

His name was Gary Gygax.

mutters something about kids these days
Very sad indeed :(
Ah.. Gary Gygax. Nods, know his work well.
It’s people like Gygax and William Gibson who define genres that really change the face of our lives. It can really make you consider how one person can truly make a difference in this world.
He will be missed and by a number of people who never even knew him personally.
fun times

Lately I’ve been wishing they’d hurry up and find/raise Roy, but having such a perfect place for that tribute makes it all worth it.

One of my favorite skits of his was the 7 words you can’t say on television. (or in Sloth gossip either).
Uhm, it is unfortunate. Probably the worst News lately. I feel sorry for the family. I didn’t read on this post thread. All things said, R.I.P. …but it’s about the life expectancy.
