Rafts weight a lot and take up a lot of space in robes, fair enough I carry one, many players do as they are only sold on ss and is.
Today I wanted to cycle an area that needs a raft (I dont do this often) summon pets (I’m a necro prime) spell them up, lite self and pets, rem robe, get raft robe, wear robe, move into area, cast ‘curse’ mob, order undead assist Thraxas … you have no undead followers … hold on a minute - where have they gone? erm they didnt get in my raft with me - stupid pets.
Tried a few different things giving them rafts works … imagine having to carry round 5 rafts constantly in case you want to hit a raft area on bh or ah? Not hugely practical especially when all good necros walk round with a supply of lvl 41 corpses in their robes already.
This effectively means that raft areas are off limits to necros … except on ss and is where you can buy them when you need and drop when you dont.
Could I therefore suggest one of the following:
make rafts smaller / weight less
make pets get in their owners rafts
give all/some pets waterwalk
add rafts to shop inventory on all continents
give necros a waterwalk spell to cast on their pets
any one of these would work well and solve this niggling annoyance and thats what it is, its not a big issue I know but one that could easily be fixed.

Your best bet for raft is a ruddy scale. I think it’s the lightest one. I concur that rafts should be available in all the towns. The other suggestions are beyond me.
