Madmax lost his too, recently. Does this mean a pthief or perhaps a bug in code for shards/pendulums?

well its personal so I doubt you could have stolen it.
Unless you had it attached to a shard or something in your inv, guessing personal items can be stolen while they’re attached to something non-personal.
You guys better heed Rynquald. Its also possible to drop ur pendulum while its attached to a burnt out shard.
