Why?
Here’s what I use to set my title if it will help fix the problem:
title %s ^RM^OU^YD^GL^CE^BT ^GUI
I have not spoken about how to use the new color codes yet but for those whom have figured it out, such as Akaya, please include ^n at the end of the string.
I will automate this eventually but have not had time with all of the other protocol stuff.

depends to title of player which set this color and mud issue not resetting it after each player showed in who list.
need to be fixed server side i suppose.
