So, as you can see acid blast has been changed. Instead of fixing masterful casting on ‘slow’ spell. Thanks a lot!

masterful acids now have a chance of double casting. shrug.

acids still work to blind the mobs. masterfuls don’t blind at 100% which I think is lame too…but masterfuls also have a chance of casting double. If channeling attunement bonuses apply, I ain’t mad.

it doesn’t make any sense to me, why not guarantee the blind since that’s like the only reason acid blast gets used?
