Abusing Drachma Must Stop NOW

·6618 words·32 mins

It would be better to burn in hell than to keep cheating and abusing gathering drachma…

You have been warned.

Nobody tells me anything.

Exactly how were people abusing drachma?

SMACK “Take that, you little drachma! "

Slap “Yeah! Won’t do that again, will ya.”

Crunch “Its for your own good, drachma!”

– I beleive it was something along those lines.

Im not sure what exactly happened but drachma shops are all closed including weaver. Apparently some players have been redoing quests that have high drachma rewards. Doesnt anyone know that if you turn in a bug most of the time you get rewarded, if you abuse it you get punished? Is it possible drachma shops are just closing to restock new inventory?

Mike

Surely an immort would post something about it if everyone was being punished for the actions of a few, if that is even the case…

Basically, Blaster and Splork have closed shops while the matter gets sorted out. Not to name names, but basically, so many people were involved over the course of several if not many months than narrowing it down to who is and isn’t innocent would pretty much too much of a headache. I believe the conclusion being that if and when shops re-open, close eyes are going to be

watching whose buying what and how…. no word if anyone will be wiped or equipment nerfed.. but don’t be suprised.. so I repeat earlier warning… abuse drachma at own risk… only this time.. not only will you be punished but you

will no doubtly be the fury of everyone else who all of a sudden can’t spend that hard earned drachma.

Be good or be good at it

How about rewarding those whom didn’t abuse it?

It is true that I closed the drachma shops, but I have re-opened them for now. If the abuse continues and we catch more and more players abusing stuff and not reporting it, the shops may very well end up being gone. It is a sad day when one player manages to abuse the system enough to make over 1k in drachma. Others too have abused the system, not to the same extreme but they did so knowing they were wrong. To many people envolved to just punish them as it would be most of the player base from what I have heard and seen so far. We will be watching close and you will get caught if you abuse bugs. When you get caught, everyone will pay.

Blaster the disapointed one.

Not all of us are guilty.

How did they do it?

indeed… just who is this masked man…

if he’s been caught, let’s leak a name so proper taunting can begin…

Not all of us are guilty.[/quote:1n5ig3xy]

We know everyone isn’t guilty and we don’t want you all to think that either. It is a good sized group of people that are and they know who they are. We could wipe each and everyone of them, but that would require us to dig deeper then we wish on spending time and such, as there is so much better stuff todo than dig through hours and hours of logs to find out who all is envolved.

Blaster

ok all kidding aside, who’s the player who got the near 1k in bad drachma.

that’s a hell of alot of abuse… i’ve gotten near that for a life total… seems like alot to me…

and just what is this exact definition of abuse? (for future referance of course  )

is it starting up a player and get say 10 drachma, and then sending some pitiful 5 drachma book to your friend who’s player has helped you out?

is it redoing quests then somehow transfering all profits to one player to buy some monster bad ass item?

is it all of the above?

To possibly enlighten previous questions posted by Brand…

As you know, several months back, oct tokens were removed from the Weaver shop because people were making ‘junk chars’ to run drachma. Then they would use junk char to buy tokens to roll the main char’s stats. At that time, it was decided abuse was going on and warned that oct tokens would be taken out completely if it continues.

The same goes for drachma books and godsanc potions that were bought by

junk chars to be used by prime chars. While these themselves haven’t been moved, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s manipulating the way items obtained not intended by the Imm’s.

I see one possible solution, besides taking them out of game, is making books, potions, tokens and the such personal. Then make all personal items dropped when held by a person not flagged for it ala tri-token being held by a greater than 20 level. Anyone wanting to pass personal eq to another char to hold could do so by placing said item in a pack or basic robe. But they wouldn’t be able to pass/sell tokens/books etc etc because the 2nd party would automatically drop the item like a hot potatoe.

As far as re-running drachma quests, I think Splork/Blaster mentioned 2 such quest were abused quite a bit.. not sure if those were the only two as some others might be able to do so.. a warning has been posted.. so let the punishment fit the crime in future abuse.

I can understand being upset when players abuse something intended for one purpose. But let me point something out: by making it possible to acquire a full set of “elite” eq, this is, de facto, the standard that characters will increasingly be held to. It is a red queen’s race.

If the immortals want “elite” eq to remain special then they should consider the following:

  1. Personalize all drachma eq. No studying books, using oct tokens or wearing eq that is personalized for someone else. Period. No more “farmers” or using junk characters to reroll up main characters.

  2. End Drachma scatters, and give out drachma for “tasks”, quests or other activities that benefit the mud. I’d include area designing, finding mud bugs and other ways of improving mud play as being part of this. One example is Shyla’s teaching drive, it adds colour to the mud, and throwing her some drachma as a way of saying “we like this”.

  3. Limit the number of elite items that a character can have. Rather than nerfing the monk items, it would be better to not nerf them, but limit a player to 1 major and 1 minor drachma item, or two minor items. This would force characters to make hard choices. The rest of drachma could be spent on god sancts, restring tokens or other improvements which are not about basic offense and defense. One suggestion would be to allow people to use drachma to buy back lost honour from oaths etc.

This might well take some tinkering with items, but that has already happened. Allow people to sell drachma items back to shops if over their limits. Since in future drachma will buy, in essence, expendable but useful itmes, this will only unbalance the game for a short while.

  1. Reform quests. There are serious problems with the autoquest system. Let me take an example - there is one autoquest that starts at BH scribe. The mob is not a difficult one to kill, even if it is a lazy pop. The very next quest requires killing one of the biggest mobs in the game - out of reach for all but a few who have lots of big friends. For the rest us, forget about it, it isn’t in the mud we play on.

While having the quest end at killing the massive mob might be appropriate for the final reward, intermediate steps at progressively harder mobs would be more appropriate. Yes this takes design, but drachma is something the immorts wanted, and when the design of quests is lacking, it isn’t the players fault to adopt either the stance of “eh, drachma?” or doing things like programming in big runs for drachma scatter grabs, because at the prices the shops charge, there really isn’t any middle ground.

  1. Enforce.

Right now what Blaster is threatening is to punish the people who have played by the rules. We are the ones that don’t have drachma items bought with bad drachma. The people who have abused the system - with some exceptions - are going to keep the permanent advantage of having broken the system. If they continue to abuse it, some will get caught, but the rest will have eq that the rest of us will never bet able to get. At that point, if one has enough characters - why not abuse the system? If a few get wiped, the rest will still be better than other characters forever and ever.

The reality is that incentives matter. The current system, by making autoquests woefully inadequeate for generating enough drachma to buy elite eq in anything other than months - but by creating drachma scatters, bugs and end runs - creates a powerful incentive to cheat. The immorts admit they can’t and won’t catch everyone, they admit that they will punish the innocent first. What are we supposed to do? Pkill people who are abusing drachma? Stand guard over quest mobs? We can’t tell who has run a quest, or who is “farming drachma”, except by inference. Immortals, not players, are the ones who have the power to enforce the drachma system. Immortals control the supply of drachma, have the power to check logs, recode shops and so on.

Which brings me to my last point - nerfing. It seems likely that nerfing the monk items is related to “drachma inflation”. Recently there was a major nerf of necromancer, and a minor nerf of monk. Clearly there was some player behavior which exploited weakness. I say that when the gods decide to nerf - then pay some drachma to the characters who discovered the weakness. After all, they have, in effect, quality assurance checked the mud, and made it better for everyone else. Giving some drachma to players who show that there are “exploits” as “white hats”, with the implied threat of wiping for those who are “black hats” is a reasonable way to tell players that the best policy is to report bugs and exploits as soon as they have found them, or to be open in using the capabilities of the mud, and let the immortals decide if the results are balanced.

There has been a great deal of heated rhetoric, and some flaming going on on these topics. It is a shame, because it seems strange to vent anger on each other, with a mud filled with mobs who are just dying to have anger vented on them.

I am confused Marchessa as to why you think scatter quests should be removed. I guess players that know the mud well should be punished. Maybe chars that dont know anything deserve the drachma more. We can turn Slothmud into a communist system if that is what everyone wants. The skilled players can play all day and give the xp and coins to new players so that way they dont have to learn. Limiting the amount of elite items is also a pretty lame concept. Why add new autoquests or even pass out drachma.

Mike

PS How come Minstrel cannot get into dream square anymore. Ive lost my ledger.

PS How come Minstrel cannot get into dream square anymore. Ive lost my ledger.[/quote:iwpmub4u]

Drachma shops were closed for a little bit, that’s probably why. Try again now.

Regarding limiting drachma eq per player.. well if that happens you might as well remove drachma altogether - limiting it defeats the purpose of having quests available in the first place. Bad idea.

Personalizing everything I can understand, although I have bought books for Weasel using one of my other character’s drachma in the past as I want to save up Weasel’s drachma for eq. I asked an immort at the time if it was ok to do this, and was told yes. My other chars are not just one-off junk chars purely for getting a few drachma though, I play them regularly as well, so that may be why it was ok in those circumstances.

As far as I can tell, the issue is not with regular chars buying stuff for other regular chars, but people making ’throw-away’ chars purely to gain a few drachma to benefit another char, and then junking that ’throw-away’ char. (that, and abusing bugs).

Personally I enjoy scatter quests - it gives even casual players a chance to earn some drachma, all you need to do is be willing to explore the mud, and it adds something to the game - fun!

For the most part in fact I disagree with you Mar, I like the current system and I like the fact that there’s a full set of drachma eq to aspire to, even if most will never reach there. Sure, some of the auto’s need to be balanced.

But basically wiping offenders/abusers & limiting the ways players can cheat is all that is needed in my opinion.

It doesn’t bother me that the uber players will achieve eq I’ll never get.

What’s wrong with communist system? Let’s try - I guess at least it’s… heh… FUNNY…

How about limiting the number of characters per post? I was actually able to follow the thread until Marchessa wrote up that framebuster post…

I hadn’t thought about it before, but drachma scatters would be very easy to abuse. You just need to create a few scripts that take your character from room to room and pickup any drachma on the ground. You could bot a whole continent in a few minutes, provided you don’t get stopped too often by aggressive mobs.

I like the scatter quests too, but if a few players have the whole mud scripted it won’t be much fun for the rest of us. We’ll be running around the mud looking for drachma that was scooped up in the opening minutes. A better way to do this quest might be to scatter drachma in areas with a least one scavenger mob type, who picks up whatever is lying around. Then maybe an hour after the scatter you announce the quest. Then people will have to hunt areas to find drachma. It might be possible to bot this too, but the script would be much more complex at least.

One could indeed do this. I doubt anyone has used such automation during a scatter in which I have participated. Furthermore, it would require enough complexity (stopping to refresh, for example), that it should qualify as illegal robotting within the meaning of rule 4.

Scattering drachma tokens into mob inventories would seriously favor players with thief or bard.

Not meant to sound like a flame but how do you expect anyone to cheat at drachma scatter? Your’e limited to making 1-2 actions to grab drachma as you find them but making a script is damned near impossible. Too many variables would throw the whole thing off that such an attempt would be meaningless IMHO. The point being made that if you think what your doing is cheating then it probably is. Not sure what IMM said that using a 2nd char to buy drachma books and such was ok but some clarification would be appreciated. Yes, I’ve done both so I’m not standing here with a holier than thou perspective. In my case however, I was warned sometime back about the practice and had since then withdrawn from doing so again..

All that is required are aliased runs, and two action triggers and a running alias.

#al {irun} {#var {isrunning} {1}}

#al {norun} {#var {isrunning} {0}}

and then a trigger to cast refresh whenever your mvs drop below a certain preset level. This isn’t violation in the same sense that eat and drink triggers aren’t.

The rest is just the runs from the website, plus figuring out runs inside of areas to reasonably safe rooms.

The action triggers aren’t very hard, and can be rewritten as soon as you see drachma scattered in case the immorts added strings.

#ac {some drachma or other} {get some drachma or other}

Since the player will be at the keyboard, and responsive, and they won’t be killing anything, and are, in fact, not doing anything that they wouldn’t normally do - moving around the mud, merely at high speed, it will be very, very, very difficult to say that there is a violation. Except if the immort wants to shaft the particular player for doing what I know others have done on scatters.

Do you really think that run through whole continent is possible in few minutes? Well, i guess you dont know this game at all! Simple example: BH town has about 150 rooms, even for a tard char with about 200 mvs it will take almoust all mvs. Have you ever try to run areas where moving takes 3-4 mvs per room? The mana will end after few such areas. And it’s not just run through all rooms, you have to stop in each room to have “drachma token lies here…” trigger works.

If some players dont know areas except kobolds and castle, why do you think other cant manually run in dangerous area? You dont like - then learn mud better, try to remember maps and runs and stop complain about others can play better then you.

Please tell me what makes you think this would be more fair that drachma scatters? I cant imagine 1x40 newb earning drachmas with finding bugs ingame and making good suggestiong to a gameplay or even writing good areas.

I think that abusing drachma systems comes from unbalanced drachma items system. Set of drachma books costs like 80-100 drachma (not to mention moon aura). Some of the spellbooks are not that necessary but some are. Maybe imms should make that 1 drachma book read give 75% learned and if player wants it 95% buy another one or slightly increase cost of spellbooks but make em theacheable.

Limiting elite eq is really stupid. In this case mages will NEVER get spelldam cap or bards charisma cap.

Of course abusing bugs and earning 1k is not fair, but i dont think that all should get punished of this, imms should have drachma code/quests fixed. :D

Thanks for the info saying this has already been going on. I will not run anymore drachma scatters due to learning this is happening.

Nice one Marchessa. Best you back that up with proof and a name and perhaps we wont all get punished.

[quote:oaefc5yb]Please tell me what makes you think this would be more fair that drachma scatters?

[/quote:oaefc5yb]

I did, at some length already. And you are absolutely wrong about programming the scripts, all that is necessary is to expand out the run scripts to separate directions - doable with an macro in word - and add a “testrooom” step in each. The client will do this so fast that you won’t see the difference.

It’s a great deal faster than people can type.

It’s also an awful lot of trouble, but in a scatter of 1000 drachma, a continent’s easily accessible rooms are about 1/8 of the mud, or 125 drachma tokens per scatter. Being able to get 30-50 drachma per scatter, particularly since there is a shortage of supply against the prices the shops charge for even modest items, is worth the trouble.

I know it is possible because I wrote the scripts out for meteorites for a single area.

she owned up

i say punish her and leave us alone

how the hell did drachma scatters become some offhanded topic for abuse?

i’m gonna have to agree with Mike on the rest.

Marchessa you really need to take a timeout and think about this, having some script to run kobold area does not make someone an abuser, it just makes them silly.

An avatar will get more tokens then a new player. (and why shouldn’t they for that matter?)

if i hit a scatter hard and fast i can get about 10-20 drachma. i pick tokens up from under dragons, swordswraith, and many other badass mobs. You running your famous walkabout scripts in these areas… you’re gonna be a corpse….

i was never a big fan of drachma scatters at the beginning, but thanks to them i have explored soooooo much more of this game world. It has resulted in me running areas for xp besides Dragon Mtn (not too often thougth :) ) and improved my recalling of players or thier corpses from danger zones.

I think drachma scatters are a good thing and should stay.

and if they are gone i’ll replace my token trigger with this one

Wow then I should get tons of drachma for logging on and harrassing the hell out of people just because it livens up the mud… Or maybe for those times I randomly pick someone and chase them around trying to get them to flubb up and kill themselves… I would be rolling in drachma then!

It’s one thing to get on the crier and fling krap around like you know how the mud should be for everyone and have been here forever.. But those who have been talk to the Imm’s on a regular basis and HELP make the mud better.. Rather then posting drooves of drivel to ruin things for everyone.

Sorry, but i still dont get it. Why scatter is so bad? Cause “someone” have a script to run the areas and collect drachmas? Please show/name me that person. But i really doubt that “someones” script will work good in areas besides kobold or towns. You just dont understand thats there is too many variables to write: one way exits, doors, portals, trigtraps, failed pick locks, recasting fly or dispeling fly, refreshing, avoiding aggro mobs, etc etc. Even if drachma scatter is so bad as you say, it is still a good way for newbs to explore areas. Im not flaming em, but most of em just following the leader in groups and have 2-3 hotkeys to assist and cast stone skin. You said that imms should replace scatter with award for gameplay improvements (area design, bug reporting...) but do you belive that all players will earn drachmas that way. Not everyone in this game want to work to improve it, its just a game for a lot of players and they will never work instead of having fun. Im not telling that someones work shouldnt be rewarded, but its not the reason to remove scatters.

PS please dont take it as personal flame, i`m just trying to make Blaster change his opinion

I don’t use scripts on scatters and i pick up more than she is even stating. Scripts are way slower than a person that knows whats going on.

cause this damn catapult is targeting right on you :)

Well, my first thought it that there are a few areas you could do that in… And my second one is, they’re normally pretty crowded anyway.

I’ve gotten more drachma dodging around aggros than I’ve ever made running easy areas. They get picked clean too fast.

Heh, this is kind of a funny thread. Who in the fuck is Hades? Why does

he care what other people have? Writing a script to run all the areas on

a continent for tokens on a scatter is laughable. It would work until the

first elf scout hit you, or maybe you haven’t used running macros before?

I have to say I pretty much agree with Auto. It all boils down to rule #1.

To respond to what 13 asks of me.. who I am what my relationship is to others will be divulged in my own good time. I haven’t given a second thought about scatter scripting… if someone wants to waste their time, then more power to them. I only posted what Blaster requested, so if you got a beef, take it to him. You hide behind a number but I know you well.

Cheers all! Lots of good things happening in real life are keeping me kind of far from the game lately.

Here comes some bold statements that are sure to be flameworthy!

  1. Drachma scatters. You guys make me laugh. Bot scripts? Blaster scattered 600 tokens one night. I know because, well, there’s easy ways of knowing how many tokens get scattered. I got 150 of them (300 drachm for a couple hours work)… and that doesn’t approach my ‘high score’ for token hunts. They get rather boring quickly once you actually learn all the areas. A hint: If you figure out how the sloth random scatter algorithm works it makes hunting a lot easier.

  2. Speaking of making things a lot easier… that’s just how the game works. It’s easier when you ‘get it’ and harder when you’re clueless. “Back in the day” there used to be a strategy of winding a mob and running away before it hit you. That was ‘fixed’ right? Oh wait, no – it still works but the method is a secret to most now.

  3. Cheating! I can feel the flames already! There’s a point at which slothmud becomes boring. ( !!! ) It’s the point where you realize that you know enough to solo anything, you’ve found the secrets, you’ve done the quests, and you’re ready to move on. Many fill that void by creating newbies and levelling up again. Others leave, never to return. Some, however, look for other games to play within slothmud.

Soloing mobs that are considered ‘impossible’ was a fun challenge for a couple weeks after I hit 5x40. The way you solo impossible mobs is by doing things in ways that no one else would think of. In past years immorts have been amused and entertained by ‘creative mudding.’ Finding these creative ways of doing things is one of the things I enjoy most.

I responded well to ‘haha that’s funny, now tell me how it works so i can fix it.’ Unfortunately those times are past, and so is my willing cooperation with the Admin. As we’ve all noticed, of late many have been feeling the wrath of Splork and the Age of Nerfs. There is no ‘haha that’s funny,’ just an instant condemnation of cleverness in thinking of something He hadn’t thought of himself.

Looking back, none of the recent nerfs (beginning at necros and potions and ?ending? with handdam have made any significant difference to ‘soloing’ power in a way that impacts the characters that solo huge mobs. They only punish the players who log on for a few hours a couple times a week and struggle to gain levels and pop eq.

  1. Cheating, Part II. I, Ditheca, was the one who ‘stole’ 1000 drachma by abusing a laughably simple bug in Almighty Splork’s code. It took about 4 hours. Don’t take any of my above statements as an attempt to justify this. This wasn’t creative, it was abusing the system. My reasons for doing it? 1) Splork coded it and he’s kinda fun to provoke and make look dumb. Poor guy, he wants so much for us to respect him. 2) I was pretty much bored of sloth and ready to move on in my life.

  2. “It’s all fixed now.” (Paraphrased from a post farther down). Oh my… If there’s anything to be learned from 15 years of slothmud, it’s that nothing is ever “fixed,” nothing will ever stay “fixed,” and there will always be paths to extra power for those who watch. I’m sorry for my part in getting necros, druids, monks, and clerics nerfed (has anyone else even noticed the unreported cleric nerfs lately?).

  3. Some final “bugs.” I have what I consider a creative way to gain around 6000 drachma in under 30 minutes. The downside? Suddenly having 6000 or 12000 extra drachma is easily noticable and would probably result in my getting IP banned. That would really suck for my brothers who are still interested in the game. Obviously I’ve not done it or I wouldn’t mention it. I’ve figured out a way to personalize drachma eq to the names of other players. (I haven’t done that either, don’t bother poring over my log). I tested a method of pthieving worn eq that works. I haven’t done that either but the alts of certain immorts are kinda tempting targets. I also have perfected a way of killing almost any mob on the mud without taking damage. But don’t worry. The mud is “all fixed now.” Good work Kj and Splork!

Cheers to all my friends, it’s been a wonderful decade + of fun. I don’t expect any of them to have much more to say than one who called me “You silly goose.” I’m more curious what the rest of you have to say.

If anyone read down to the bottom of this, the moral is; give avatars something to do so they don’t get bored and start making their own games withing the game.

Actually it had nothing to do with my code…

Btw, feel free to contact Blaster whenever you decide to log back in. He has something nice for you.

Enjoy,

Splork

Sorry if I wronged you there Splork. I vaguely recall Blaster telling me that you were the one that coded his little quest area for him.

As a newbie, one of the things I enjoy most are the drachma scatters. I probably get 4 or 6 drachma during a scatter. Just getting some drachma gives you hope of one day getting something out of the shop. As a newbie that exclusively solos’s these scatters force me out of my comfort zone getting me to walk around and explore. Remember not all people are playing their third or fourth character. Sometimes people are really new. I left Valke without getting the drachma for the guild quests because I didn’t know they existed.

The problem I have with all this really is that it is like insurance fraud – everyone else gets to suffer except the person(s) who is cheating the system. I think you need to quit playing the mud long before you feel the need to ruin it for other people.

The newbie guy posting below is exactly what happens – the reactionary changes and nerfing all are geared to prevent high level characters abuses with 0 consideration for low to mid level characters.

Some examples:

–no drachma scatters? thats how my friend and I got probably our first drachma with out newbies

–abuse of animate dead makes it so a low level necro (which is very hard for a true newbie to raise up) cant make undead until level 10 now – trust me that is a long ways from level 8 if you are trying to raise him up yourself with no big help

–a low level monk (under 20) is better off using a good weapon than open hand now that the eq that was +hand damage items are drastically reduced (like the elegant gloves) even counting strike.

the be all end all truth is.. that the imm’s are so busy trying to get the things to work, that they don’t have time to compulate the near infinite possiblities that the core player can adapt to.

Some players that have 10+ years of mudding on sloth or others have had more exposure to differences and therefore can creatively manipulate the surroundings and skills they are given. This is how the mud should be, those who figure things out should have the advantage over others.. in real life if you were in a battle for your life, would you give your opponent the strategy and key secrets so they could kill you?

BUT using your genius to cause havoc is not always the best strategy. I agree that some reigns need tightened to ensure less cheating. However the idea of dropping skills and nerfing a class or eq is not the way to do it.

#1 Pro-active forms of posted generalized discipline need to be created to ensure that everyone knows what will happen if they break the rules.

#2 penalizing everyone is just not fair, i have never played a necro, or a cleric but i feel they have been shafted. additions don’t always make up for the losses.

#3 give the imm’s a little bit of a break on some respects.. this is still a free game after all.. they donate their time.. and cannot be expected to have all the answers.

PS! Nia would have just whiped everyone, and Ming would have made you wish you had been..

We would like low-level necros to be able to use undead and low-level monks to be able to use bare-hand attacks. I will address the necro one. Does anyone remember why we moved first undead from 8 to 10? Was it really because of abuse, or was it just something that happened by accident as a side-effect of something else? I think it was probably the latter, in which case I will have a look at that and see if I can move it back to 8, or even lower.

I have trouble with the claim that low level monks are better with weapons. I tested that pretty extensively while I was on valk and the only +handdam I wore was the Elegant Leather Gloves. I was massacring EVERY hit where with a weapon I was getting very hards and extremely hards and only the occasional massacre.

Keep in mind I was a warrior prime with frenzy and decent percent strength… but both of those apply to weapons as well as barehands.

Even with less damage on the gloves, base handdam is the same. There’s no way it can be better for a level 20 monk to wield a weapon. If you’re referring to sub-20, I think I was level 12-15 when I started passing up the holy sword because my hands did almost the same damage.

I seem to remember that undead for necros was raised to 10 because supplication starts at 10. So both classes could start getting followers at the same level.

how dare you post anything that makes sense!

low level necros animate dead got messed up to reduce the overall power of the spell (so yes as a side effect to reducing necro power). It was level 8, but you couldnt actually make anything until 10, so splork raised it up to 10th.
