Errr…I mean the necro or the mage. I chose Druid as my prime class, and cleric after that, and want to have necro and mage in my classo, but am not sure which should come first. I heard that the closer to prime the necro is the greater the undead control, but I don’t know a lot about mages. Any advice would help a lot.

Necro 3rd Mage 4th = Less lag time when you order your summons. The
further you put Necro the longer you have to wait for orders. Mage 4th
means you will have a low cap for spell dam.
I would go Mage 3rd Necro 4th
Will stfu you dont have any idea what your talking about. Necro second and quad have the same lag.
I was told by serval ppl that the further you put necro the longer the lag.
Hence my Bard I have necro second, also didn’t go with the cookie cutter
Minstrel that now every Bard Prime does …
Maybe some more ppl can input if Necro 2nd and 4th have the same order
lag time?
its the same shit dude
primes have less

Now that is funny :) Moron paranoia
hmm.. identity revealed?
acme is a necro too, sorry, forgot him
As I understand, prime characters have 1 round lag ordering their followers. Everyone else has 2 round lag. So, necro primes order undead faster than anyone else - cleric primes order supps faster than anyone else - and druid primes order natures pets faster than anyone else. So, for undead pets, it should be the same lag time if you’re necro class is 2nd or 4th.
I like Dr/Cl as well, it’s very useful. I think you’re right, necro vs mage in 3rd and 4th are a question of caps. You either want higher spelldamage cap or higher undead control cap. I don’t think it matters much either way, but I’d lean to mage 3rd and necro 4th. Undead control won’t matter much in groups, while spelldamage is useful almost always. Despite this advice, I would rather not play a quad caster. Losing the protect skill becomes so inconvenient that I find it much less fun.
